This website describes the services of Topgun Maintenance LLC. Information on the site is general and does not replace a written quote, a work authorization, or the applicable aircraft maintenance manuals and FAA regulations.

Quotes and work

Any work is performed under a written quote and work authorization agreed to before the job starts. Our standard terms cover quote validity, approval of additional findings, deposits, payment, warranty, and limits of liability. Those written terms control over anything on this site.

Response times

Coverage areas and response times shown on the site are typical, not guaranteed. AOG and emergency availability depends on schedule, weather, and location.

Limitation of liability

Topgun Maintenance LLC is not liable for any loss arising from use of this website. Liability for maintenance work is governed by the signed work authorization for that job.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
