Topgun Maintenance LLC does contract maintenance for Part 135 charter operators. We run our own FAA registered drug and alcohol testing program (CONN998E), so Part 135 and air tour operators can add us as a contract maintenance provider and we can sign off work on your fleet.

Our 2024 Ford Transit AWD carries the tools, jacks, and parts to your aircraft. Every job is done in your hangar or on your ramp. You never ferry the airplane anywhere. We serve aircraft owners, flight schools, and operators across New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. Outside those three states, call us and we can schedule something.

You work directly with Julian Mero, CEO and FAA certificated A&P mechanic with Inspection Authorization, with hands on experience in corporate and general aviation on Phenom, Challenger, Citation, Falcon, and piston aircraft, backed by an experienced team. Cracked upper cowl nose cap repaired the right way: old patch removed, crack stop drilled, internal 2024-T3 doubler riveted per AC 43.13-1B. No blind rivets at the air inlet.

Do you come to my hangar?

Yes. We are a mobile shop. We bring the tools to your airplane across NJ, NY, and PA. Other states by arrangement, just call.

What does the annual price include?

The full annual inspection, oil and filter change, airframe lubrication, AD research, and travel. Pick your aircraft in the pricing section to see the price.

How does GA pilot assist work?

You work alongside the mechanic, helping open up and close up the airplane, and you save $300 on the annual. The inspection and the signoff are done by our A&P with Inspection Authorization.

What happens if you find something during the annual?

You get a written list of what we found. Repairs are quoted separately, and nothing gets done without your approval.

How long does an annual take?

It depends on the airplane and what we find. You get a time estimate with your quote.

How do I pay?

Half up front to get on the schedule, and the balance at signoff. Pay by card through the payment link we email you, or by Zelle.

Are you insured?

Yes, we carry aviation liability insurance. A certificate of insurance is available on request.

Do you work on jets for Part 135 operators?

Yes. Phenom, Challenger, Citation, and Falcon, with our own FAA registered drug and alcohol program. Request our vendor package.
